SUMMARY:Junior & Intermediate Workshop Day 2 & Concert
DESCRIPTION:WHEN: Monday 29th September 12.30pm – 7.30pm\n&\nTuesday 30th September 1pm – 8.30pm (Concert commencing 7pm) \nWHERE: City Diggers 82 Church St\nWollongong \nWHAT FOR: Our goal is to provide opportunities where we learn and hone skills that enable us to perform confidently. In order to achieve this\, we will be working on; stagecraft\, performance \nskills\, audition tips\, ensemble singing\, how to tackle audition and performance nerves\, dressing for performance\, how to stay healthy when our lives and schedules are going crazy\, amongst many other things. \n\nHOW WILL THIS WORK:\nEach day we will have a schedule and this will consist of; \n\nWarm up stretching\nVocal warm ups\nDrama warm ups\nEnsemble practise for our group pieces for the concert\nChoreography session (for our non-dancers…this isn’t crazy choreography\,but more so about stylised movement) for our Opening and Closing numbersof the concert and will be run by a guest Choreographer.\nMaster classes\n\nCOST: These 2 days will be\, in addition to one weeks lesson cost (as the workshop runs in lieu of your lesson on this particular week)\, $50 per student. For families of 2 (as I know there are a couple of you)\, the cost will be $80 for the 2. \nTICKETS: Tickets will be $13 per person\, $7.50 for 15 & unders. Please reserve your tickets ASAP. We have a bit more room this year! So feel free to invite friends and family. We’d love to see them there. There will be available\, some tables of 10\, as well as theatre style seating. Please let me know ASAP what you would like\, and we can reserve your ticket allocations for you. Tickets must be paid for prior to the Concert\, and will be available at the door. There will be a small number of tickets kept aside for any last minute additions to your party! \n\n
